I (we) am very satisfied with the way Ooststede brokers assisted us in the sale. Bram is knowledgeable, honest and very service-oriented. Since we had to do the sale from a distance, he arranged many things for us and took a lot off our hands. Matters were presented very realistically. We were right at the edge of the big price increase and with an apartment that was not necessarily very 'hot'. Nevertheless, through good engagement and finding a buyer relatively quickly, the sale went smoothly and promptly. In short, I can only recommend Ooststede.
