From the first conversation with Bert and his team, the contact went very pleasantly. Given the great distance from our own home, it was lovely that Bert Stadman estate agency took care of viewings and various other tasks. When an offer was on the table, direct contact was established, and a strategy was determined in good consultation, resulting in excellent outcomes. In the weeks before delivery, the team informed us that an energy label needed to be requested, and in the last week before transfer, there was another visit to the property to ensure everything was in order. Overall, a great sales process!
