This included a thorough knowledge of the housing market and our region, up-to-date legislation, realistic/practical advice/suggestions, and optimal accessibility (both digitally and by phone). This combination gave us the feeling of being in good hands. And that feeling was completely justified. It's nice not to go solely on a feeling but also to realize afterwards that we made a good choice.

Nice intake conversation. Lot of knowledge about house type and market. Very pleasant support from staff: good and timely information, my questions were answered before I even asked them. The house was sold extremely quickly for an excellent amount. In that sense, the real estate agent earned a nice amount quickly. And we did too!

Both the contact with Bert Stadman and the contact with Kjeld Stadman and Roeli Vos were experienced as very pleasant and professional. Kjeld took care of the viewings, which also went extremely well; communication between viewings was also perfect. Big thumbs up for Kjeld! The negotiations for the purchase of our new home also went through Bert Stadman real estate agency, and the results are also excellent to mention. Should we need an agent again in the future, there would be no hesitation whatsoever and we would immediately contact Bert Stadman real estate agency again.
