Bert Stadman was the second real estate agent I engaged and more active than the first. I don't think the commission system in the Netherlands (% over the entire sale amount) is in the seller's interest. For the agent, the % on the last few euros isn't something worth fighting for.

Ja er was concurrentie. Maar we kozen voor makelaardij Bert Stadman. Bert Stadman was een potentiële kandidaat om onze woonboerderij in de markt te zetten. De prijsstelling kon ik goed volgen. Een marktconforme vraagprijs voor een niet zo standaard object in Orvelte. De voorgestelde verkoopstrategie, de opzet van de brochure, de inzet van een top fotograaf/styliste en snelheid in het traject, hebben we als zeer positief ervaren. Bert is "scherp" en vooral een professional met veel ervaring. De service vanuit de basis in Oosterhesselen is prima. Ook de oplevering en nazorg hebben we als zeer plezierig ervaren.
