De heer Stadman neemt de tijd om de hele procedure van verkoopprijs tot de verkoop met je door te nemen. Geeft korte visie op bezichtigingen en adviseert om door te gaan met de ene en niet met de andere koper. Ook zijn assistente werkt op deze manier. Hij is reëel in zijn advies en wekt geen valse hoop.
