This included a thorough knowledge of the housing market and our region, up-to-date legislation, realistic/practical advice/suggestions, and optimal accessibility (both digitally and by phone). This combination gave us the feeling of being in good hands. And that feeling was completely justified. When accepting the assignment, it was indicated that it would take about 2 months before the property would be sold; in fact, it took 2.5 months. So top job done!
