We deliberately chose a smaller real estate agency so that there would be more personal contact and the agent would have more ownership of the process. The availability was high, and the opportunity for discussion was always present. Thanks to the online file, you stay informed as a seller about viewings. Nikki knows the ropes, is not swayed by arguments from potential buyers, and knows where she stands: securing the best possible selling price for her client. Our sales process went smoothly, and the house received enough viewings that resulted in a sale. I have already passed on this agent's business card to someone else in the neighborhood. :-)
