Nikki heeft ons op een bijzondere manier geholpen. Waar wij min of meer de hoop hadden opgegeven ooit nog ons droomhuis te vinden, is dankzij de oplettendheid van Nikki onze wens in vervulling gegaan. Eerlijk gezegd, we waren best kritisch en daardoor was ook voor Nikki de zoektocht een behoorlijke uitdaging. Toch kwam ze op een goede dag met een huis dat te koop stond (nog niet op Funda!). Ons hart begon sneller te kloppen; dit was het huis dat wij in april 2024 tijdens een Open Huizen Dag hadden bezichtigd! Door omstandigheden hebben we toen geen actie ondernomen, maar het huis had diepe indruk gemaakt op ons. Het was te mooi om waar te zijn en om een lang verhaal kort te houden; dankzij Nikki wonen wij nu in dit prachtige huis, gelegen in het schilderachtige vestingstadje Ravenstein. Het mag duidelijk zijn: Wij kunnen Nikki van harte aanbevelen gezien haar professionaliteit, prettige omgang, doortastendheid, geduld (met ons 😁), deskundigheid en attentheid!

The availability was high, and the opportunity for discussion was always present. Thanks to the online file, you stay informed as a seller about viewings. Nikki knows the ropes, is not swayed by arguments from potential buyers, and knows where she stands: securing the best possible selling price for her client. Our sales process went smoothly, and the house received enough viewings that resulted in a sale. I have already passed on this agent's business card to someone else in the neighborhood. :-)
