Review
There was never a signed agreement about the services to be provided and there was never any discussion about the commission percentage. This fell on my head during the final settlement. 1.5% of the purchase amount. The buying agent never played an active role in searching for a home. He only usually came along when I already had a viewing arranged. In some cases, he arranged the viewing. As an agent, I find him fine, but I found the fee too high and there was no transparency.
