For us, two things were important. Financially and emotionally. Financially it was well regulated. Emotionally: we lived in this house for 45 years with much pleasure and also a lot of courtesy. It was a big step for us to sell the house. We missed some empathy as well as personal contact when the offers were communicated to us. This went via telephone, we would have preferred to hear it in a face-to-face conversation. Also, motivational letters were exchanged and we did not receive the right ones when we had to make a decision. We were very enthusiastic about the photo presentation and description on Funda!
