The contact was very pleasant and direct. The assistant realtor was very decisive and took quick action when we asked for it. The purchase agreement was signed quickly. In terms of marketing, this realtor is ahead of the game. Since selling a home can be exciting and stressful, at certain moments we had expected more initiative-driven communication from the realtor. Perhaps this had to do with the many houses that were offered for a short period by the same realtor.
