Friday afternoon, the house was online. Called to view it early morning right after the weekend, but they no longer accept viewings because I hadn't emailed first. Poor way of treating potential buyers. You don't see this kind of process with other real estate agents. Apparently, they want to put in very little effort for viewings before a sale.

This real estate agent and his team are definitely a 10 in every aspect. All appointments were more than met. This real estate agent certainly does not have a 9 to 5 mentality and will definitely go the extra mile until his job is done, regardless of what time it is. The smoothness and follow-through were a huge success, resulting in us selling our home within two weeks. They also kept us updated on all developments, which gave us a very good feeling. Hats off to this real estate agent and his team; they are definitely recommended for the provinces of Drenthe/Friesland and Groningen. I would say for those who plan to sell their home, Peters Real Estate is the way to go.
