The first conversation was promising. The realtor assured us that there would be no costs for us and that we were in control. Unfortunately, there were still many costs involved when selling a house (as beginners, it's very unpleasant not to know this). The key handover was planned on a day without my knowledge. This was done at the buyers' wish (while we were supposed to be 'in control'). Also, the list of items was no longer run through with us, causing confusion and conflicts between us and the buyers.
