House quickly sold and also one bought through C and R. After both houses received little help anymore. The real estate agent we had did nothing with questions, didn't inform our financial advisor at home and didn't help when it was pointed out early that we needed more time in our old house due to mortgage arrangements and nothing was done about it. New residents indicated they didn't mind staying a month longer in rental housing. C and R did not contact the residents, although our financial advisor had mentioned this very early on. The new house stood empty for some time. Everything after long stagnation is back in use and turns out two weeks in: toilet bathroom is loose, causing the mat to be torn and the pipe to be torn. Bathroom white. Seems like a hidden defect? Do you call about this with C and R real estate agent and get as an answer: that will be a difficult story because the toilet still works. They did not mediate anything with the seller on this matter, only received the answer mentioned above. It turns out that the dishwasher was already broken when the house was put up for sale. A second-hand dishwasher was installed by the real estate agent which broke after 5 weeks. This was told by neighbors. Nice story as an answer, but nothing matches

As agents, we have done everything within our means to assist you as best as possible. However, there are certain matters over which an agent (unfortunately) has no influence. You would have liked more time before your home was listed due to getting around your mortgage. However, the purchase agreement had already been signed and could only be deviated from regarding the listing date if the buyer of your home agreed to it. Furthermore, we find it very regrettable that the toilet in your current home has broken down. As agents, we can only mediate between buyer and seller concerning any defects in a property. Should there still be matters where we can assist you, we would gladly do so. Best regards, C&R Agents"

Young company with young, enthusiastic people. My apartment was sold quickly. Within the process there are still learning points, but that is logical when you are still relatively new in the industry. I would use them again without hesitation.
