The contact with C&R real estate agents went well. During the initial consultation, which was combined with a general valuation of the house, I felt that too low a value was established. I later had this amount adjusted upwards. In hindsight, a good decision, because even with the increased price our house was sold within a week and moreover for more than the asking price. The photos taken were very nice. C&R Makelaars made a professional presentation with them on their website and on Funda. The guidance during the sale was good. The contact takes place, among other things, via a Whatsapp group, so that information can be exchanged quickly.
