Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over C&R makelaar. Vanaf het eerste moment merkten we dat ze precies weten wat ze doen en heel klantgericht werken. Binnen één week was onze woning al verkocht! Van A tot Z hebben ze alles voor ons geregeld en we hebben steeds prettig en duidelijk contact gehad. Ze dachten goed met ons mee en namen ons veel zorgen uit handen. Wat ons extra positief opviel is dat we eerder bij een andere makelaar zaten waar het niet lukte, maar C&R makelaar heeft dit heel professioneel en deskundig opgepakt. We also bought our current home a few years ago through C&R and the contact was excellent at that time, so there was no doubt for us about which real estate agent we would choose for the sale. The intake with Coen and Lisa was pleasant and what Coen predicted regarding the sale and price turned out to be exactly correct. Our home was sold within a week. We can recommend C&R due to the good communication, transparency, and exceptional knowledge of the local market.

Lisa from C&R is a top agent, has excellent market knowledge, is very enthusiastic and positive, and provides top-notch guidance throughout the entire sales process. The contact with C&R via the app group is super fast, questions and remarks are answered directly. Communication around placing/removing the sign and checking the brochure are minor points for improvement. Overall, we definitely recommend C&R!
