Expectations were high!... they are, after all, number one in Roosendaal and also not the cheapest... so high expectations. Unfortunately... they completely missed the mark with my house, trouble with photographers, trouble with various real estate agents who basically knew nothing about my house... but didn't ask either. I am really very disappointed in this real estate agent. The goal was achieved, the house was sold, but I don't think that's really due to the real estate agent, but rather to the buyers and their own search. It felt like.. we cry our home on Funda and just see what happens. Minimum effort.. maximum profit. We were the exception I guess.

Zeer tevreden over de verkoop van mijn woning door C&R. De ambitie voor de verkoopprijs werd duidelijk aangegeven in het eerste gesprek Tijdens het gehele verkoopproces ben ik steeds op de hoogte gehouden. Ook prettig om steeds na elke bezichtiging een appje te krijgen over hoe de bezoekers reageerden op de woning. En natuurlijk het belangrijkste de ambitie voor de verkoopprijs is gehaald en zelfs hoger dan dat.

Vanaf het prille begin hadden wij een goed gevoel bij C&R Makelaars. Geen uitgebluste heren die ons de moed in de schoenen wilden praten, maar juist het tegenovergestelde: jong, enthousiast en moedig.
