Marjan is an excellent professional. She has a very positive personality. She is also friendly and accessible. In our case, we had found a house and had a fair idea of price thanks to the open house visit and other public sources. As house was on sale for the long time, I was hoping to get it for even lower price than then number I had gathered. I felt that the negotiation could have been more aggressive.
