Wij hebben de aankoopmakelaar Annemieke Roos aanbevolen gekregen van een vriendin van mij, met haar had mijn vriendin haar eigen huis ook aangekocht. Wij zochten echt een pareltje van een huis, dus hebben best lang gezocht, maar uiteindelijk ons droompaleis gevonden!Annemieke zocht mee, ging mee met 2 bezichtigingen (wij hebben maar twee huizen bezocht, omdat wij iets specifieks wilden) Ze was kritisch op de huizen, keek of het huis goed in de verf zit, wat er moet gebeuren, etc. Ze maakte de bezoekafspraken met de verkopende makelaar en bracht ons maximale bod uit op ons droomhuis. Dit huis was 1 keer bezoeken en maximale bod uitbrengen. Zenuwslopend voor ons als aankopende partij. Heel tevreden over Annemieke.

During the viewings herself, she is very sharp. All small things, from foundation to facade to bathroom fittings, were noticed and noted. Annemieke is fantastisch! Het kopen van een (eerste) huis is niet niks en er zijn allerlei dingen waar je niet over nadenkt en/of geen weet van hebt. Gelukkig is daar Annemieke; met haar scherpe (maar ook zeker kritische) blik maakt ze bezichtigen en bieden een behapbaar en inzichtelijk proces. En daarnaast is het ook gewoon nog gezellig om met haar op pad te gaan, ook niet geheel onbelangrijk.Mocht je een huis willen (ver)kopen, zoek niet verder, bel Annemieke gewoon.
