Marjan is an excellent professional. She has a very positive personality. She is also friendly and accessible. In our case, we had found a house and had a fair idea of the price thanks to the open house visit and other public sources. Since the house had been on the market for a long time, I was hoping to get it for an even lower price than the number I had gathered. I felt that the negotiation could have been more aggressive.

Het eerste contact was snel en de makelaar ga ons meteen het gevoel dat ze wist, niet alleen dat maar ook hoe ze ons huis goed kon verkopen. De begeleiding naar de verkoop toe was deskundig en de makelaar stond op ieder moment klaar voor hulp. Uiteindelijk is het verkocht aan mensen die helemaal verliefd werden op het huis. Precies wat je wilt. Perfect werk dus.
