Het contact liep uitstekend. Wij hielden goed contact per telefoon en whatsapp. Het was best een intensief traject omdat de kopen niet heel actief erin stond met vele dingetjes (waarschijnlijk doordat die veel reist) en steeds deadlines miste. Hopelijk gaan we vrijdag nu passeren (alleen schijnbaar heeft de koper de hypotheek nog niet rond)...fingers crossed! Maar goed, de makelaar is heel professioneel en behulpzaam.

The contact with the real estate office went excellently from moment 1. They fully understood my background and sales motives, knew the market well, and acted accordingly. They sold this apartment for a better price than we originally thought possible. Communication lines are short, they deliver as planned, and they are direct in telling what they really think (no blabla and other nonsense). I recommend them to everyone!

Communication with Annemieke proceeds very pleasantly; she reacts quickly and is really on top of things. She has a lot of knowledge in all areas. She knows a great deal about the state of the houses and is honest and critical about it, helping us greatly to get all documents sorted out and advocating for your interests as a buyer. She is sincere and reliable and does what she says she will do. We would definitely recommend her again to others.
