After a less positive experience with another real estate agent, it was a relief to notice that it can also be very different. The first conversation with Bart was very clear and made us understand what we could and could not expect. And I must say everything has been as promised. I rented a flat from you; I was treated very badly. You already had problems when signing the contract because I come from Poland, I had to pay for the floor that was already there and when I moved out, you did not want to return the money or have the floor removed - this is just an example. Poles who come to your office are treated unfairly, and I know this from other people as well.
