The contact was good and regular. Also, the discussions about various matters went smoothly. There was one 'little mistake,' but it was quickly and well resolved, so no complaint! They are very friendly, considerate, and if things needed to be adjusted over time, this was always done. I have great appreciation for how they handled everything.
