Enjoy that contact is easy and low-threshold. The asking price was determined through good consultation. My interests were well represented in the sales process. Whether it had a significant impact on the number of interested parties, I will not know, but looking back, I believe there was a better choice for which photo to use as the 'main picture' when posting on Funda; this was adjusted after a few days. You only make one first impression. By the way, I did share this opinion with the real estate agent. Of course, it's also possible that I simply had too high expectations about the potential selling price. Regarding the price/fee, this real estate agent works with a fixed amount and not with a commission percentage if the sale price exceeds the asking price. The fee is comparable to other real estate agents.
