It went very well, we first had an introductory meeting which was very positive. The personal touch we found to be very important. Putting the house on the market also went very well. However, in my opinion, the viewings could have been better due to insufficient communication with the sellers about when we start and when we finish, which we felt was not adequately communicated. After the viewing and guidance as to whom we ultimately sold the property to, we were quite positive..
