I have a lot of confidence in Annet de Jong Real Estate. The property was quickly sold at the asking price, but the buyer could not get the financing together and therefore the sale fell through. It took some time and effort, but after several viewings, it was eventually successful in selling the property to another buyer. Unfortunately, the asking price could no longer be realized.
