Annet has a different approach, look and presence than most real estate agents with whom we have been in contact. This was already evident during our selection process for the selling agent and continued through to the sale, and even by chance, to the purchase of our new home. There was an immediate connection between us and her. Her approach is characterized by feeling, enthusiasm, clarity, not too many words, and steadfast realism. For us, she wasn't just the seller of our house but the professional guide throughout the process. This is also what the buyers have fed back to us. They too felt a 'click', not only with the house but certainly also with Annet's guidance during viewings and the subsequent process. Her market approach, via e-newsletter, social media, house-of-the-month, and possibly flyer campaigns, appeals to us greatly. The back office is well managed by Ytsje, and the (aerial) photos are a class apart. Annet and her team are an absolute recommendation for us! Leo van Sijll
