Currently the second mortgage through Boekelo, for the second new construction home. We are always correctly and professionally assisted with an eye on our specific situation where I am not an easy customer and have always done my homework. Questions are answered quickly and adjustments well processed. For the second mortgage all loan parts and various options were discussed along with corresponding risk profiles. Also the increase (unfortunately necessary due to rising costs for new construction) without any problems and no need for a notary since the initial advice was good, thus saving on notary fees. We will definitely close our next mortgage through Boekelo (Menno) again.
