We feel that we are not taken seriously at all. They fail to keep appointments. Very unprofessional. When you make an appointment for a valuation, they casually cancel it a few hours in advance. Reason: they already have enough work. We are also busy. But we still make time in our schedule for this appointment, which now is not going ahead. A waste of effort and our time.
