Excellent. This one word sums it all up. What driven people work here. Truly a super team with every single nice person. Nothing is too much to ask, they support you throughout the entire process. All your questions are quickly answered whether by phone, app or in person. You get much more than just value for your money. They think along with you and advise you. I know nothing about selling, but was well guided at every step. Everything was open, honest and clear. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to ask this real estate agency again if necessary. It's a true recommendation. Johan and everyone else, thank you for this super nice collaboration. Thanks to you, a hectic period ran smoothly.

Verschrikkelijke ervaring als potentiële koper. Ik denk dat als deze makelaardij gecontroleerd wordt, ze niet aan de regeltjes voldoen. Kijk er mee uit.

"Geachte mevr. , Beauty by Echika. U heeft volgens U een vervelende ervaring met ons kantoor gehad wat wij betreuren. Wij willen dat graag toelichten zodat er een beter beeld komt van uw vermeende ervaring. De verkoper (alleenstaande vrouw) gaf aan bij de opdracht dat zij absoluut geen mensen aan de deur wilde hebben buiten ons en op afspraak via ons kantoor. Verkoper vond het heel vervelend dat U die in de avond onverwacht en ongevraagd een bezoek bracht. Dat heeft haar beangstigd en daar had verkoper al last van. Dat verkoper toen een extra slecht gevoel kreeg en de woning aan een ander gunde heet niets met het niet voldoen van regeltjes te maken maar meer met de brutaliteit van u zelf. U mag met ons contact opnemen om de toenmalige situatie met U door te nemen. "
