Mieke sold our house and I cannot say anything other than that it was well organized from start to finish. We could leave everything to her without any worries. And what I find most important is the pleasant communication. You always know where you stand, which actions have been taken, who visited the house for viewing and received immediate feedback on this. Overall, a very nice and also honest real estate agent.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met de verkoopprocedure van Kalenberg Noord 30 in Ossenzijl. Als één van de twee laatste serieuze bieders heb ik helaas moeten constateren dat er bij dit kantoor geen sprake is van gelijke behandeling, transparantie of professionele afhandeling. Mijn verhoogde bod van €452.000 zonder financieringsvoorbehoud, uitgebracht via e-mail (zoals toegestaan in hun eigen verkoopinstructie), is pas erkend nadat ik herhaaldelijk navraag moest doen. Tot op heden is er geen bewijs geleverd dat dit bod daadwerkelijk aan beide verkopers is doorgegeven. Ook is geen biedlogboek verstrekt, terwijl het huis inmiddels uit de verkoop is gehaald. Daarnaast ben ik onjuist geïnformeerd over de motieven van de verkopers (“de broer wilde niet verkopen”), terwijl later bleek dat de dochter – die nota bene opdrachtgever van het kantoor én mede-eigenaar was – het deel van haar broer heeft overgenomen. Deze dubbele rol is nooit gemeld, wat wijst op ernstige belangenverstrengeling. Tijdens het verkoopproces ontbraken essentiële documenten, zoals een volledige plattegrond en een ingevulde vragenlijst. Hierdoor was geen sprake van gelijke informatieverstrekking ten opzichte van andere bieders, zoals de dochter, broer en buren die ook interesse hadden. Mijn verzoek om rechtstreeks contact met de verkopers te leggen (nu het kantoor geen actieve rol meer speelt) is keer op keer geweigerd, waarmee men mijn resterende kans op aankoop heeft geblokkeerd. Deze ervaring getuigt van een gebrek aan zorgplicht, transparantie en professioneel fatsoen. Een makelaar hoort objectief te bemiddelen, niet belangen te verstrengelen en informatie achter te houden.

"Jammer dat je jouw ongenoegen op deze wijze denkt te moeten uiten. Maar voor alle duidelijkheid; "jouw verhaal" sluit niet aan bij de werkelijkheid. Via ons kantoor is er geen verkoop tot stand gekomen omdat verkoper het pand bij nader inzien niet wilde verkopen. Van meerdere andere bieders, die wij ook moesten teleurstellen, kregen wij complimenten voor de correcte en open communicatie omtrent het bijzondere verloop van het aangeboden pand."

It's also nice that Mieke updates you about potential buyers who have viewed your home. This is quite pleasant because selling your house can be quite stressful.
