Martijn immediately offered to join the viewing that same afternoon. During the viewing, he thoroughly inspected the details, attic, and crawl spaces, including under the floor. Good insights and points of attention were received that deviated little from the later performed technical inspection. Negotiations were conducted by Martijn, resulting in the purchase of the home. The transaction was neatly handled by real estate agency Prinsen, to full satisfaction, with guidance up to and including the transfer at the notary.
