A few months after our last offer that was rejected, our real estate agent was contacted again to see if we were still interested. We made another offer and it was accepted. We were over the moon happy. The day after, our real estate agent was called to be informed that the property had suddenly been sold to someone else. Legally it might be possible and allowed, but I don't think it's a way to act. A man a man, a word a word.
