Martijn from Prinsen real estate has given us excellent advice. He indicated a realistic asking price, selling price, and selling period, taking into account the current (uncertain?) housing market. After each viewing, we received good feedback from Erwin or Martijn. The contact was always pleasant; also, Brenda in the office was always informed when you called her. The property sold (on time) within the expected selling period at the previously mentioned expected selling price.
