A pleasant conversation partner. Responded quickly and appropriately at all times. One thing we found somewhat less satisfactory was the determination of the asking price. He wanted to start lower, but also provided his reasoning for it. He did agree with the minimum price we were willing to accept.

We did not choose the largest real estate agency in Berkel-Enschot, as buyers can be reached through Funda anyway. However, we chose this office because they make a beautiful video of our home and because they felt that the market value was correctly assessed. Realtor Martijn is enthusiastic about our property and could also convey this to viewers. He was flexible and answered any questions immediately, even in the evenings and on weekends. We were kept informed after viewings. Therefore, we recommend Martijn and Hoomz real estate agents to everyone!

Een makelaar die aandacht voor je als verkoper heeft en goed luistert wat jouw idee zijn. Begeleid het gehele proces netjes en houd je goed op de hoogte wanneer er kijkers komen en geeft naderhand toelichting wat de reactie van de kijkers was.
