Hoomz (Coen) helped me both with the sale of my old home and with the purchase of my new home. Coen managed to sell my old home quickly and at the best deal possible. It was great having all communication, negotiations, and dealings with the opposing buyer's agent go through him so I didn't have to worry about it. I still don't understand why more people don't work with a purchasing agent. The purchase of our new house also went fantastically.
