Sandra is a very pleasant person and she helped us well when we found our dream house on Funda. The contact with her and the staff from her office went very smoothly. Sandra is knowledgeable and very experienced, and it was great to be able to use that knowledge. This allowed us to make an offer quickly and beat another buyer to it. Her fee, which we agreed upon beforehand, is very reasonable in our opinion.

wij hebben goede ervaringen op communicatievlak, veelal via de groepsapp en telefoongesprekken.Het was een langdurig proces omdat de woning op een later termijn verkocht is en wij daarom veel overleg en feedback hebben gekregen en gegeven.Heel vriendelijk en hartelijk contact met alle dames.Ook heel begripvol juist omdat het niet onze eigen woning betreft, was de woning van onze (inmiddels overleden) ouders.

In a word: top! We had already been planning to move for some time but never found the right connection with a new home. Until we saw something pass by Franke & Van der Aa that seemed truly suitable. The morning before we were going to view it, Sandra came to our place for any potential sale and immediately mentioned having a buyer for our own house. The next day, these viewers could come for a viewing and our house was sold right away, allowing us to proceed with the new home! All of this within three days; truly fantastic!!
