Review
Mariska was very good in terms of her availability and communication. She thinks along with you and comes well-prepared to meetings. She is (in my opinion) not specialized in a specific neighborhood, which helps for a broad search. The result was good; by maintaining good contact, we were able to purchase below the asking price. As a criticism point, I would say that she was not always critical enough of houses with obvious defects and often steered towards a purchase anyway, while I would prefer to be protected from a wrong purchase.
