I only recently sold our house through Tom. What I appreciate about Tom is that he is open and honest! Thanks to him, our house was sold within 2 months. And what I also found very nice is that a fixed fee was agreed in advance, regardless of the selling price! Overall, a very pleasant real estate agent!!!
