After an initial informative conversation, I chose Tom from Closeby Real Estate as my partner in the sale of my home: a small-scale real estate agent with a personal approach who knows his clients and doesn't make you feel like just another customer. Tom has proactively guided me since the beginning during the sale, advised where necessary, taken care of everything for me, listened to my wishes and no-go's, and took them into account. He works transparently, is honest and direct in his communication, and is always quickly reachable. Also important: he made me feel that I was his primary concern and charges a reasonable fee. With Tom's help, my home was sold smoothly to nice new owners. Highly recommended!
