As newcomers to the housing market, we found it incredibly exciting, but Tom made us feel completely at ease. He understood that it was an exciting step for us and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. No rush, no pressure. We were even allowed to come back a second time to look at the house that eventually became our home, super nice! Tom was always available for questions, thought along with us, and gave honest advice. Thanks to him, the entire process felt much more pleasant. Highly recommended!
