Tom is a spontaneous and energetic real estate agent who helped us greatly with the sale of our property. With passion for his profession, knowledge of the market, thinking along on all fronts, and his never-ending enthusiasm, our house was sold within days after the 'sneak preview'. The choice for the name Dichtbij Vastgoed is therefore literally and figuratively an excellent choice. Many thanks Tom Van Houtem👍
