We listed our house through dichtbijvastgoed. The choice to do so was quite easy. Rather than choosing a large real estate office with a 0800-1700 mentality, we opted for an agent who is reachable, realistic, and full of energy. These people work for themselves and are not tied to a larger office. They simply work hard for the client. Clear agreements and communication were made. Within a week, our house was marked as 'sold subject to conditions' with both buyer and seller satisfied. You might think it sold too cheaply? NO, just realistic selling prices based on market knowledge. Heartfelt thanks for the services proven so far. Soon off to the notary :)
