We had a tour of a house in Kerkrade with Jo; it was an informal and honest conversation. The property was surprisingly large, with another pleasant surprise behind the steel gate: a meadow to be used by residents. The house looked interesting from the outside, but inside it had received its last coat of paint in the 1980s. It had potential but would still require a lot of work. Unfortunately, this house did not become it, but perhaps the next one will be better. We are in touch with Jo again because he is honest and easy to deal with. Greetings Erwin
