Tom acts as a buyer's agent personally, accessible and professionally. He thinks along with you, responds quickly to messages. It's nice when someone is so driven, guiding the purchase of a house/z, because in this housing market it's far from easy to get a home. Meanwhile, he has found me a beautiful house while I had already given up on finding one. He really took care of everything: valuation, financing, structural survey and of course the lovely house.
