For the sale of our house, we absolutely did not want to go with the big agencies. We wanted an agent with a portfolio that wasn't too large who exactly knows which houses are for sale and personally knows their clients -and their wishes-. Simply put, like it used to be. The first phone call felt very familiar right away, so much so that we decided then and there that Dichtbij Vastgoed would get the job. Why look further if it feels right? In the end, we worked with Kim, and exactly what we had in mind happened. Kim knew her clients and their wishes, and even during our introductory call she was able to connect potential buyers directly to our home. And she turned out to be right; for both parties, it ended up being a bullseye. The way of selling also suited us. No bells and whistles, moving is expensive enough as it is. First small steps, bigger ones can always still be taken later. Kim was, and is, very accessible for questions, and despite her busy schedule, she doesn't take long to respond. Due to this level of accessibility, things were resolved very quickly. A huge dedication, involvement, and reliability speaks for this office. Have no doubts, give Kim and Tom your mandate.
