At the first meeting with Tom, we were immediately convinced that he would be the right person to sell our house. During his tour of our home, he examined everything very carefully and asked targeted questions to get a better understanding. His approach for our house was an entire Friday afternoon until 6:30 PM with viewings which he carried out full of energy and enthusiasm. By Wednesday evening, Tom had already arranged the sale. His method involves direct and personal contact via WhatsApp almost 24/7 because even in the evenings and on weekends, he keeps you informed. The buyers also had a pleasant interaction with him. With this way of working, it was therefore successful to sell our house within one week. Thanks to this, we can now proceed with peace of mind. Thank you enormously for your dedication!
