There was an immediate connection during the first conversation, Tom seems to understand well what kind of real estate agent we are looking for. He is involved. Communication runs smoothly. We wanted to do a first viewing ourselves, to develop our own feeling, and then if we were interested, another time with an agent. Here, Tom could fully relate. Ultimately, we did not use Tom as an agent because due to the holiday he was unavailable for a short while, and we found a house incredibly quickly.
