Before I actually wanted to start the selling process for my home, I asked online for an appraisal. Several real estate agents came over. The difference between Tom van Houtem from Dichtbij Vastgoed and the other real estate agents, whose names I will not mention out of courtesy, was immediately clear to me. This is a professional! He has heart for his business but also for the people around him. Tom van Houtem assessed both the value of my home as well as my personal situation accurately and quickly and came up with an extremely fitting strategy right away.
