Bij Dichterbij Vastgoed een woning gekocht. Tom is een enthousiaste makelaar, die je graag de woning laat zien, waarbij je wel rustig en zelfstandig kunt rondkijken. Hij is eerlijk over de beperkingen en mogelijkheden van het huis. Er waren wat bijzonderheden in de beginfase van het koopproces. Tom zorgende voor duidelijke communicatie en was transpirant over de voortgang. Daarna was er ook altijd prettig communicatie over de gang van zaken. Tom dacht ook mee in de mogelijkheden van het huis en met mijn wensen als koper. Ik heb de aankoop en het contact vanuit de kant van de koper als zeer prettig ervaren. Fijn dat ik via Dichterbij Vastgoed naar lang zoeken eindelijk een leuke woning heb gevonden!
